CFS data

I've discovered a bug where distributions were occasionally failing to be reinvested for the charts and stats for Colonial First State funds.

As a result, I've purged all of the CFS data and am currently rebuilding it - any stats or charts with CFS data may give errors until the update is complete later tonight.

Okay - all CFS data should be rebuilt now. Please let me know if you notice anything which seems incorrect - particularly missing distributions.

Charts may not be completely updated until the next round of unit price updates this afternoon due to caching issues.
