New fund manager - BT Investment Funds

I've set up data for BT Investment Funds

Data for all 43 of the retail funds is now available.

I'm still working on the BT Investors Choice funds, and I may take the time to do the BT Classic Investment Funds (not open to new investors, but existing investors may appreciate the information). I'll also do the BT Wholesale funds.

Data for the BT Classic Investment Funds is now available.
