I've taken the approach of including wholesale funds which have a minimum investment of $250K or less (given that you only need $100K geared to 60% to have $250K to invest).

CFS W/S funds require a minimum of $100K total - so you can invest (for example) $20K in each of 5 funds, or $25K in 4 funds, etc - to make up your $100K minimum. With no entry fees and lower management fees, this is an attractive option for people who have a little bit more available to invest.
